论构筑科学规范的公安机关人才选用机制
摘 要:随着我国经济的快速发展,处于社会转型的特殊时期,我国社会矛盾频发,对社会治安的管理提出了挑战。公安机关作为国家的行政单位,肩负着保卫社会安定的重任,公安机关对人才的选用更要严格与规范。本文首先介绍公安机关人才选用机制的相关概念,然后对当前公安机关人才选用机制存在的问题及原因分析,最后提出完善现行公安机关人才选用机制的措施,希望公安机关通过建立科学的人才选拔评价标准,建立和完善公开平等的竞争机制等措施,不断提高对人力资源的管理,促进公安队伍素质的整体提高,是具有现实意义的研究课题。

Abstract:With China’s rapid economic development in the special period of social transition, China’s social contradictions frequent challenges to the management of social order. Public security organs as the country’s administrative units to shoulder the heavy responsibility of safeguarding social stability, public security organs for talent selection is more rigorous and standardized. This paper first introduces the related concept of the public security organ personnel selection mechanism, the public security authority personnel selection mechanism and the reasons for proposed measures to improve the personnel selection mechanism of the current public security organs, and hope that the public security organs through the establishment of scientific personnel selection and evaluation criteria establishment and improvement of open and equal competition mechanism and other measures to continuously improve the management of human resources, and promote the overall improvement of the quality of the police contingent, is the practical significance of the research topic.
