【摘 要】地方政府公信力是指公众对政府的信任程度，它直接表现为政府在管理社会事务中的影响力与号召力。从我们现实行政实践的角度看，政府的公信力是政府行政能力的表现以及产生的实际结果，同样政府的公信力也是政府信用的直接表现，从某种意义上看，地方政府的公信力就是一个地方的重要信用标志，这也是我们现在提出要“打造信用政府”的理由所在。老一辈领导人们就说过，领导干部要走群众路线，要从群众中来，到群众中去，这就是一直提高公信力的好做法。当前总的来说大部分地方政府还是具有一定的公信力，但现有政府的公信力仅仅是建立在强权政府基础之上，随着行政现代化进程的推进，这种貌似很强的政府公信力受到了严重的挑战，政府的公信力的缺失已经凸现。
最近，因为几起重大事故及涉及民生的决策引发政府的公信力日益下降，更导致人民对政府产生不满和抵触情绪，而且矛盾还在日益加深，诸多不和谐因素显现。本文着重就目前政府公信力下降提出从三个方面提出对策解决问题，请老师指正。

【Abstract】The credibility of local government refers to the public’s trust in government, it represents the influence and appeal in the management of social affairs in the government. Recently, because of several major accidents and decision-making related to livelihood caused the credibility of the government is on the decline, causing discontent and resentment people on the government, and the contradiction also growing, appeared many disharmonious factors. This paper focuses on the credibility of the government dropped from three aspects of proposed solutions to this problem, please the teacher.
