摘 要
随着计算机技术和互联网技术的进步和发展,通过互联网进行汽车和服务交易的行业应运而生。全球电子商务的不断繁荣，创造了新的商业模式和新的商业机会。而汽车修理厂车辆保养管理系统抓住契机，一跃而起，成为电子商务活动重要的一部分。
本文研究的汽车修理厂车辆保养管理系统基于当前较为流行的B/S结构，采用jsp技术和sqlserver数据库进行开发设计。通过本系统，实现了不同权限的登录，管理员：系统用户管理、保养资讯管理、保养信息管理、技术分配管理、留言信息管理、保养技师管理、系统管理。用户：保养资讯、系统简介、在线留言、我要保养、个人资料管理、保养信息查询、费用信息管理、收藏信息管理。保养技师：个人资料管理、保养信息管理等功能。本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷，是一个功能全面、实用性好、安全性高，并具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性的汽车修理厂车辆保养管理系统。本论文主要讲述了汽车修理厂车辆保养管理系统开发背景，对该系统做了详细的需求分析和功能需求，然后对汽车修理厂车辆保养管理系统进行测试和总结。

Abstract
With the progress and development of computer technology and Internet technology, the industry of automobile and service trade through the Internet emerges at the historic moment. The continuous prosperity of global e-commerce has created new business models and new business opportunities. The vehicle maintenance management system of the garage seizes the opportunity and leaps up to become an important part of the e-commerce activities.
Based on the current popular B/S structure, the vehicle maintenance management system of the garage is developed and designed by using JSP technology and sqlserver database. Through the system, to achieve different rights of the login, administrator: system user management, maintenance information management, maintenance information management, technical distribution management, message information management, maintenance technician management, system management. User: maintenance information, system profile, online message, I want to maintenance, personal data management, maintenance information query, cost information management, collection information management. Maintenance technician: personal data management, maintenance information management and other functions. This system through the test, the operation effect is stable, the operation is convenient, is quick, is a function comprehensive, the practical good, the security is high, and has the good expandability, the maintainability automobile repair shop vehicle maintenance management system. This paper mainly tells the development background of the vehicle maintenance management system of the garage, and makes a detailed demand analysis and functional demand for the system, and then tests and summarizes the vehicle maintenance management system of the garage.
