信息时代群众工作的创新
摘 要：基层所队是我国公安机关一线实战单位,是警务信息的源头，是群众工作直接参与者与执行者。2003 年,我国公安部提出了“现代信息主导警务工作”的战略模式，通过实践证明，这种警务工作模式的导入，取得了明显的效果。随着我国警务信息化的应用和普及,新的警务模式革命在我国整个公安系统展开,公安机关发展的主流和方向正在想着信息化过度。在信息技术高速发展,我国社会治安日益复杂的形势下,我国基层公安信息警务建设在硬件和软件上都存在这样那样的问题。

Information age, mass work innovation
Abstract: Europe and the United States in nineteen ninties began to explore the information era of the new policing operation. After more than 10 years of exploration, the new policing pattern in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and other countries to carry out, practice effect. In 2003 China put forward the ” information leading policing” strategy, practice has proved, this kind of service concept and strategy to obtain apparent effect. Along with our country public security information technology popularization and application, caused new policing revolution, make information police for public security organs development direction and mainstream. The team is our country basic level public security organs is the first-line combat units, police information source, is the mass work in direct participants and executors. In the rapid development of information technology, our country social security is becoming more and more complex situation, our country basic level public security information construction of policing in hardware and software have put in such and such problem, therefore, strengthen basic level public security police affairs information construction has the significant significance.
