摘 要
电子商务的快速发展是以互联网技术应用为基础，互联网技术的发展和普及也标志了信息时代的到来。最近几年，黑龙江省加速了社会信息化的发展速度，越来越多的企业和行业重视电子商务的发展，并逐渐完善自身企业的软硬件设施。
黑龙江省企业的发展、国家的经济竞争力以及国际经济都离不开电子商务，电子商务的发展和应用加速了经济的发展，因为电子商务具有开放性、时效性、跨地域性等特点，它改变了传统经济结构和贸易方式，我国国际贸易的发展也离不开电子商务，本文将要分析电子商务的发展对黑龙江省贸易的影响。
这里，本文首先以国内外关于电子商务发展与贸易的理论为基础，通过对国外理论研究现状与我国理论研究现状进行分析。又将黑龙江省电子商务的现状进行深入研究，如黑龙江省电子商务发展现状、黑龙江省电子商务发展的主要问题、黑龙江省国际贸易发展现状。又研究了电子商务发展对贸易理论的影响。最后找出如何能够运用电子商务促进黑龙江省贸易的发展的办法，如完善电子商务基础设施、构建电子商务与贸易配套体系、健全电商法律法规。

Abstract
The rapid development of e-commerce is based on the application of Internet technology, and the development and popularization of Internet technology also marks the arrival of the information age. In recent years, our province to speed up the development of social informatization, more and more enterprises attach importance to the development of electronic commerce and industry, and gradually improve its own hardware and software facilities of the enterprise.
Enterprises in our province, the country’s economic competitiveness and the development of international economy cannot leave the e-commerce, e-commerce development and application of accelerated the development of the economy, because the electronic commerce has the characteristics of openness, timeliness, cross regional, it changes the traditional economic structure and the way of trade, the development of international trade is also inseparable from the electronic commerce in our country, this article will analysis the development of electronic commerce to the influence of the trade in our province.
Here, this paper first to domestic and international theories about the development of electronic commerce and trade as the foundation, through to the foreign theoretical research present situation and the current situation of theory research in China. And will conduct the thorough research to the present situation of electronic commerce in our province, such as electronic commerce development present situation in our province, the main problem with the electronic commerce development in our province, the current situation of the development of international trade in our province. The influence of e-commerce development on trade theory is also studied. Finally figure out how to use electronic commerce to promote the development of trade in our province, such as perfecting the e-commerce infrastructure, build form a complete set of electronic commerce and trade system and improve the electricity laws and regulations.
