近些年来,电子商务发展迅速,作为一种现代网络信息与计算机技术相结合的新型商务活动,其已成为最有广阔前景的商务模式,不论是国内亦或者国外,也都在大力拓展电子商务。自电子商务在我国开始出现以来,经过多年进步与积累我国不论是在法规建设方面亦或者是理论研究,基础建设方面均有所发展和完善,但同时,电子商务发展也对我国提出了一个挑战。为了促进电子商务在我国的进一步发展,我国政府应该起到主导作用,建立健全的电子商务法律法规,为电子商务的发展提供一个公平、公正、良性发展的环境,加强电子商务相关研究,培养专业电子商务人才,为电子商务在我国发展开辟一个新局面。除了政府要进行相关法规制度完善外,企业也应该积极完善信息化建设,在现有基础上进一步开发信息资源,整合业务流程,实行供应链管理,引进专业人才,更深度、细度的拓展电子商务业务。在当前“一带一路”发展战略的引领下,我国企业与政府更应该团结一致,打造一个更具影响的中国电子商务市场。

In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce, as a new type of modern business network information in combination with computer technology, it has become the most promising business model, whether domestic or foreign, are also vigorously develop e-commerce. Since the electronic commerce in our country since the beginning, after years of accumulation and progress of our country both in the construction of regulations or theoretical research, basic construction of development and perfection, but at the same time, the development of e-commerce has posed a challenge to our country. In order to promote the further development of e-commerce in our country, our government should play a leading role, establish and perfect the laws and regulations of electronic commerce, to provide a fair, impartial and benign development of the environment for the development of electronic commerce, strengthen the relevant research of e-commerce, training professional talent of electronic commerce, electronic commerce has opened a the new situation of development in china. In addition to the government to improve the relevant laws and regulations, enterprises should actively improve the construction of information, further development of the information resources on the basis of the existing business process integration, supply chain management, the introduction of professional talent, more depth, fineness of expanding e-commerce business. In the current “The Belt and Road” development strategy under the guidance of Chinese enterprises and government should unite to create a more influential Chinese e-commerce market.
