Nowadays the online store and physical store division has been difficult to entirely different. In the face of the menacing of the Web store, physical store on the ground have been available on the internet its own web site, into a composite business. Here, we will not have a physical store on the ground online store called online store; first ground store and then shop web site is still known as a physical store, because its website is still physical stores rely on. Network to purchase goods in China has reached a considerable scale. From the China Internet Center data show that as of the end of June 2010, the number of Chinese netizens reached 420 million. In 2009, the China Publication Science Institute survey found that had the goods purchased online behavior of the population accounted for 85.8% of all online shoppers, accounting for 47% of all Internet users. With the network purchase goods growth in the number, the strong momentum of development of the online store has been gradually emerging. In 2009, the national online merchandise sales increased by about 50%, the sales accounted for 10% of the total sales volume of goods.
