近年来发生的“香港艳照门”、药家鑫、李某某案件等，让我们不得不反思，在自媒体为我们提供方便和快捷的信息交流和思想表达的同时，良莠不齐的大量信息也向我们疯狂涌来，我们应该选择避而不语做个安静的观望者还是无知无畏做个犀利的自媒体人，是狂热跟风还是理性思考，这恐怕是个问题。鉴于此，如何既恰当地保护公民的网络言论自由权，促进网络市场的良性发展，维护宪法权威，又不妨碍司法的正常运作，使自媒体与司法互为补充，也已经成为各国对自媒体的法律规制的重点和难点，对其的深入研究则显得尤为重要。

Media to express their opinions and Legal Regulation from the Viewpoint of Legality
Abstract
Occurred in recent years, “Hong Kong Pornographic” drug house Xin, Li Moumou and other cases, we have to reflect, at the same time from the media to provide convenient and efficient for the exchange of information and ideas we expressed a lot of information but also to the good and bad we crazy coming, we should choose the language to be avoided rather quiet lurkers or ignorance or fear to be sharp from the media who are fanatical to follow suit or rational thinking, I am afraid this is a problem. In view of this, how are we to properly protect the right to freedom of expression network of citizens, promote the healthy development of the network market, the maintenance of constitutional authority, without prejudice to the proper functioning of the judiciary, so that from the media and the judicial complement each other, has become a national media self legal regulation of the important and difficult, in-depth study on it is especially important.
