近年来随着时代的进步和我国科技的飞速发展。计算机信息技术发展迅猛，计算机应用的行业也越来越广泛，比如计算机可以用来大数据量的计算，计算机可以用来运行一些管理软件，比如学院管理软件，项目管理软件，创新项目等等。而随着生活水平的提高，经济的迅速发展，我们的大学生创新项目管理系统也越来越丰富，随之带来的是创新项目管理也越来越复杂。
本文研究的大学生创新项目管理系统是基于当前较为流行的B/S结构，采用java技术和mysaql数据库进行开发设计。通过本系统，实现了不同权限的用户登录，包括管理员、学生和教师、学生。学生：创新计划、我的项目。教师：创新计划、我的项目。管理员：学院管理、专业管理、班级管理、用户管理、创新计划、项目管理。本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷，是一个功能全面、实用性好、安全性高，并具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性的大学生创新项目管理系统。
本论文主要讲述了大学生创新项目管理系统开发背景，对该系统做了详细的需求分析和功能需求，然后对大学生创新项目管理系统进行测试和总结。业务流程、系统结构和数据库设计等方面的问题。望能利用先进的计算机技术和网络技术来改变目前的大学生创新项目管理系统管理状况，提高管理效率。

In recent years with the progress of The Times and the rapid development of science and technology in our country. With the improvement of living standards and the rapid development of economy, our innovative project management system for college students is becoming more and more rich.
The innovative project management system for college students studied in this paper is based on the current popular B/S structure, and is developed and designed with Java technology and mysaql database.
