论律师事务所培训体系的构建对策
摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展，以及法制进程的不断加快，促进律师事务所的蓬勃发展。随着律师事务所竞争的日益激烈，培训成为企业提升竞争力的有效方式，但是很多律师事务所还没有意识培训的重要性。鉴于此，本文首先简述我律师事务所培训体系构建的必要性，然后指出律师事务所培训体系的构建存在的问题，最后提出律师事务所培训体系的构建对策，希望律师事务所注重培训制度、培训内容和培训文化的建设，从而不断提升企业的培训水平，提升企业的竞争力，以期为相关的研究提供有力的参考依据。

Abstract:
With China’s rapid economic development, as well as the legal process continues to accelerate, and promote the vigorous development of the law firm. With the law firm of increasingly fierce competition, training to become an effective way for enterprises to enhance competitiveness, but many law firms there is no awareness of the importance of training. In view of this, the paper first outlined the need to build my law firm training system, and then pointed out that the problems of law firm training system proposed Law Firm Training System countermeasures, law firm focus on the training system, building a culture of training content and training, so as to continuously enhance the level of training to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to provide a strong reference to related research.
