论我国未成年人监护权的立法完善
摘要
基于未成年人的生活、学习和健康成长的普遍的特性与规律，其权利的实现和保护在常态下的综合反映在监护的关系中，未成年人的监护的制度成为未成年人的法律保护在制度的设计上的主要的安排和直接的载体。换言之，未成年人的监护的关系，集中表现了保护了未成年人的权、责、义体系；未成年人的监护的制度是未成年人保护的基础性的核心制度，其他各项的制度多因此而延伸、扩展和转化，或者因为该制度在特殊情形下的出现运作缺损来施以补救。

Abstract
Juvenile common characteristics and regular life, learning and development based on the realization of rights and protection, under normal circumstances reflect in the guardianship of minors guardianship system become the legal protection of minors in the main design of the system arrangement and the direct carrier. In other words, the relationship of guardianship of minors, focuses on the protection of minors the right, responsibility and obligation system; minors guardianship system is a basic system for the protection of minors, the system of the extension, expansion and transformation, or because of the defect of system operation in the special circumstances to remedy.
