论在押人员的非正常死亡

摘要：由于近年来在押人员死亡事件频繁发生，也就越来越受到社会的关注。监狱及看守所作为在押人员最为密集的监管场所，自然成为社会关注的焦点。法医的病理鉴定，是指运用法医中病理学的理论以及技术，通过尸体表面的检查、尸体内部的解剖检验、组织切片观察、毒理分析以及书证审查等，对涉及与法律有关的医学问题进行鉴定或推断。本文通过对监狱及看守所在押人员的死亡案例进行法医病理鉴定分析，提出监狱及看守所解决在押人员死亡事件的措施。

Abstract： Because in recent years jail deaths occur frequently, also more and more attention of the society. The prison as prisoners in the most intensive regulatory sites, naturally become the focus of the society. Forensic pathology identification, refers to the use of forensic pathological theory and technology, through the surface inspection, internal anatomical examination, histological observation, toxicological analysis and documentary review, involving law related medical problems were identified or inference. This article through to the inside of the detainees death case forensic pathological identification analysis, put forward to solve the prison jail deaths measures.
