摘 要
改革开放以来，我国吸毒人员的数量有不断上升的趋势，吸毒成瘾的人员的种种违法犯罪行为已经成为破坏我国社会安定和居民日常生活的一个潜在的危险要素。对于吸毒人员的治理我国已经出台了多项举措和政策，这其中最具有规范性意义的就是2008年我国出台的《禁毒法》，明确规定了对于吸毒成瘾的人员要实施强制隔离戒毒。但是我国的强制隔离的戒毒措施在实施过程中还是存在着一定的问题，对此笔者谨从我国强制隔离戒毒人员权利保障的现实情况出发，对于强制隔离戒毒人员的权利保障中存在的问题进行分析和总结，希望可以就我国强制隔离戒毒人员的权利的保障找到合理的解决方案。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China’s drug addicts the number is rising trend, addiction staff a variety of illegal crime has been the destruction of our social stability and the daily life of residents of a potential risk factor. For drug addicts to govern our country has issued a number of initiatives and policies, which has the most normative significance is the2008China promulgated the” criminal law” clearly provides for drug addiction, the personnel to the implementation of compulsory isolation detoxification. But China’s compulsory isolation detoxification steps in the implementation process, there are certain problems, the author wish from our country of compulsory isolation detoxification ‘right protection of the reality of the situation, for the protection of the rights of compulsory isolation detoxification problems that exist in the analysis and summary, hope can with respect to our country of compulsory isolation detoxification personnel rights to find reasonable solutions.
