人工生殖法律问题研究

摘  要

在当今社会人工生殖是现代医学界治疗不孕的重要手段。对于传统自然生殖方式有重要补救作用。 人工生殖在冲击传统伦理道德观念的同时，也对现有法律制度提出挑战。本文从人工生殖相关概念、人工生殖子女的法律地位、人工生殖子女的权利、现在立法存在的问题等方面进行浅析，对于立法不足提出了观点。

Abstract

Nowadays, the Artificial Reproduction in modern medicine for treatment of infertility is an important means of. The traditional natural reproduction has important remedy. Artificial reproduction in the impact of the traditional ethics moral concept at the same time, the existing legal system put forward challenge. This article from the artificial reproductive related concepts, the artificial reproduction children’s legal status, the artificial reproduction children’s rights, now the legislation problems of, for the legislative deficiency presents perspectives.
