以浙江省职务犯罪为例谈职务犯的改造特点与改造对策
摘要
在司法实践中，各地监狱针对管理工作存在的问题，采取一些针对性措施，取得一些成果，但也出现各地做法不一、影响司法统一的问题。故本文从理论上进行研究，加强狱政管理，提高教育改造水平。本文以浙江省职务犯罪为例，分析职务犯罪的构成要件，职务犯的改造特点，职务犯管理改造工作中存在的主要问题，以此提出职务犯的改造对策。

Abstract
In judicial practice, around the prison for the problems in management, take targeted measures, achieved some results, but also appeared around the practice of different effect, judicial issues. This article from the theoretical research, to strengthen the prison administration, improve the level of education reform. This paper takes zhejian Province as an example analysis of crime by taking advantage of duty, duty crime, duty violates transformation characteristics of post management reform, make the main problems existing in the work, put forward reform measures of post crime.
