摘 要：随着我国改革开放的不断深入，国际交往日益加强，在华外国人越来越多，这是对外开放的大势所趋。其中不乏在华外国人的违法犯罪行为，值得我们引起重视。本文就在华外国人违反犯罪行为问题总结了调查情况，概括了主要特点，分析了原因并提出了相应的对策与防范。
