摘 要
随着社会的进步，人们的生活节奏加快，面对社会及工作的压力，人们身心承受超额负荷，极其需要人性的环境和情感的释放。别墅是目前社会上流人士居宅之外用来享受生活的居所，其主要功能体现在生活品质及享用方面的高级住所。因此，其风格、氛围的营造就显得十分重要了。在别墅的设计上体现了以人为本的设计思想，风格上追逐现代主流风格，LOFT风格，不知道什么时候，也许是2001年第一位艺术家进驻798，或者是798真正成为一个艺术家的梦空间的那天，“LOFT”就深深扎根在北京或者说中国了。之后越来越多的人开始喜欢798，喜欢宽大的开放式的空间，喜欢LOFT风格。现在，这种在高大宽敞的空间内随意分割和组合自己的工作和生活的生活方式，已被越来越多地接受并喜爱。并且，成为年轻艺术家之间的一种艺术时尚。其风格运用在别墅设计中主要体现在：功能设计的合理性，景观设计的多样性，设计尺度的合理性（按照消费心理学、人体工程学的要求），别墅中房间布局多样化，各个房间风格、色彩、材质多元化，相关设施更是一应俱全，整个别墅给住户造成强烈的视觉冲击，满足人们视觉猎奇的要求。

Abstract
With the progress of the society, people life rhythm speeding up, the society and the pressures of work, people under the excess load of body and mind, extremely need human environment and emotional release.Villa is the social elite in the dwelling place of the outside to enjoy life, its main function is reflected in the quality of life and enjoy the senior home.Therefore, the construction of its style, atmosphere is very important.On the design of the villa embodies the people-oriented design concept, the pursuit of modern mainstream style, LOFT style, don’t know when, may be the first artist to 798 in 2001, or 798 to become a real artist on the day of the dream of space, “LOFT” is rooted in Beijing or China.After 798, more and more people begin to like like wide open space, like LOFT style.Now, this kind of random in large spacious space division and combination of their own way of life, work and life has been increasingly accepted and loved.And, become a kind of artistic style between young artists.Its style used in villa design mainly reflects in: the rationality of the design of function, the diversity of landscape design, the rationality of the design scale () according to the requirements of consumer psychology, human engineering, in the villa room layout is diverse, each room style, color, material diversity, related facilities from soup to nuts, whole house gives a strong visual impact, to meet the requirements of the people to see the visual.
