基于BS的车辆调度系统
摘 要
由当前我国中小企业的管理弊端看到了ERP这种管理思想和管理系统的优越性。以物流为切入点,通过对现代物流发展和道路货物运输业现状的论述,阐明了道路货物运输业向物流服务转变的必要性和可行性,综合提出了道路货物运输业向物流服务转变是改造传统运输业、向“运输高级阶段”发展的重要途径和新的契机的观点。并深入研究了货运中的车辆调度问题,车辆调度的传统算法都是在固定不变的网络节点中进行优化。在实际环境中,各节点的需求是不断变化的,将这种变化的不确定的需求转化为静态需求为企业运作提供了便利,但却不能在时间上赢得竞争优势。作者在分析了传统的车辆调度方法的基础上,提出了新颖的车辆调度系统,探讨了实时车辆调度系统的模型结构及其实现的关键技术,为建立该车辆调度模型提供了基础。

In sight of the front management’s irregularity I am over the inside small business enterprise ERP this kind of management thought and management system’s superior. The article discussed the Development of Modern Logistics and the present situation of Viatic Freight, and elucidated the meaning of Modern Logistics and the problem of Viatic Freight. By analyzing the connection of them, the article testified the necessary and feasibility that the Viatic Freight should be convert to the Modern Logistics, and brought forward the opinion which the conversion was the important way and new chance of reforming the Tradition Viatic Freight. The traditional scheduling for vehicle is option in the fixed network. The demand of order is changeable and uncertain in teal environment. It is convenient for scheduling transforming it into static data, but can’t get the advantage on time. This paper proposes a vehicle scheduling on the study of traditional scheduling and discusses the model structure and the key technology for the system that establishes the base for develop system.
