独立学院科研管理系统的设计与实现
【摘要】随着计算机的高速发展，网络普及率达到了一半之多，几乎所有的人都能接触并学习到更多的知识。同时也让更多的学院将Internet和科研管理系统联系到一起，这样不仅使学院能够方便查看自己的相关信息对其进行管理，也可以使学院管理员和院系管理员进行有效的管理和沟通，从而大大的提高了工作效率和管理水平。
因此，我希望有一个平台可以帮助老师和学院的管理人员更好的开展科研活动。也就是这次的项目——独立学院科研管理系统。独立学院科研管理系统利用JSP技术和SQL server数据库，来实现科研的审核和管理。老师可以登录该系统来进行论文专利、奖励、信息的查看和申请等。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of computer, the internet penetration rate reached more than half, almost all people can access and learn more knowledge. At the same time ,not only let more colleges and universities connect the internet and scientific research management system together, so that not only can colleges and universities easily view their own relevant information to manage it, but also can make college administrators and department administrators for effective management and communication, thus greatly improving the level of work efficiency and management.
Therefore, I hope there is a platform to help teachers and college administrators to better carry out scientific research activities. This is the project – independent college scientific research management system. Independent college scientific research management system uses JSP technology and SQL server database to realize the audit and management of scientific research. Teachers can log in to the system for paper patents, incentives, information viewing and applications and so on.
