新农村建设———南阳村民宿改造
【摘 要】随着农村经济的快速发展，现代城市建设的脚步也随之加快了。伴随着农村经济的增长，越来越多的老房子和老住宅区亟待进行改建和修正，有些房屋需要进行现代化的景观改造等。正因为农村正在快速的与时代接轨，与现代化靠拢，加之都市居民更加向往田园生活，憧憬着农村朴实无华的景致，随之而来的是大量的旅游高峰和旅客。那么，在现阶段的新农村建设过程中，越来越多的涌现出，需要景观改造、房屋结构改造的民宿。在南阳地区的经济发展过程中，部分民宿为了契合旅游行业的发展，需要进行改造来实现自身价值的提升。

Abstract
With the rapid development of rural economy, the pace of modern urban construction also will be accelerated. Along with the growth of the rural economy, an increasing number of old houses and old residential areas urgently carry out alterations and amendments, some of the houses need to be modernized and so transform the landscape. Because rural rapidly with the era of convergence, closer and modernization, combined with a more urban dwellers yearning for rural life, looking forward to the rural plain view, followed by a large number of peaks and tourism travelers. So, in the new rural construction stage of the process, the emergence of more and more, we need to transform the landscape, building structure renovation of houses. In the process of economic development in Nanyang area, some houses to fit the development of the tourism industry, the need to achieve the transformation to enhance their value.
