企业发展中首要考虑的问题就是如何有效降低库存水平,同时提高客户服务水平。零库存管理是一种合理计划和安排企业库存,促使物料在采购、生产、配送的各个环节中处于不断运动,不停周转的状态的一种新型管理模式。零库存管理有效地解决了企业发展中的问题。随着中国经济的不断发展,企业为提高效益,降低成本,零库存管理日益受到各方面的重视,实施合理库存策略,已成为物资部门实现零库存储备的重要问题。本文主要对以上问题进行了一系列的剖析探讨,希望从中找到可持续发展策略,使公司企业实现零库存。
本论文首先论述了库存和零库存的相关概念与理论,然后分析了零库存管理在国外的发展情况。最后,就零库存实现途径和方式,提出了一些具体的实现方式。
Abstract

Inventory management has effectively solved the issue of enterprise development. Zero inventory management is a reasonable inventory plans and arrangements to facilitate the procurement of materials, production and distribution of the various links in a continuous movement, the status of non-stop flow of a new management model.
With the continuous development of Chinese economy, enterprises to reduce costs, improve efficiency, zero inventory management increasingly the attention of each respect, carry out reasonable inventory strategy, has become a branch of goods and materials to achieve zero inventory problem. This paper focuses on the problem undertook a series of discussion, hope to find out development strategy, to achieve zero inventory supplies department.
This paper first discusses the related inventory and zero inventory theory, and then analyzes the zero stock management in the overseas development situation. Finally, on the zero inventory implementation way and way, put forward some specific ways.
