摘 要
基于当前金融危机的背景下,服装产业的发展面临更加激烈的竞争。本文以ZARA为例,对其文化创意发展的经验进行了剖析,结合我国服装文化创意产业发展的不足,提出了相应的解决建议:首先,保护知识产权,其次,根据ZARA发展的经验,应当注重自主品牌的发展;再次,ZARA产业纵向一体化发展的经验启示中国服装文化产业应当注重产业集群的发展;第四,发展服装文化创意发展的环境;第五,ZARA的成功有着一个强大的设计团队为推动,针对中国设计人才缺失的现状,应当注重设计人才的培养。

Abstract
This paper takes financial crisis as the background and the cloth industry is under intense competition. So, taking ZARA as example, this paper summarizes SARA’s experience of developing cultural innovation and consider the exist problems of China cloth industry, finally gives the following suggestions to help improve the cultural innovation of China cloth industry: first of all, protect the intellectual property; secondly, pay attention to cultivate new brands; thirdly, develop industry cluster; fourthly, construct the environment that is suitable for the culture innovation development; fifthly, ZARA has a strong designers’ team and it inspires China to pay attention to human resource cultivation.
