摘要
随着竞争日益激烈,采购方与供应商合作关系管理的重要性也日益显现。多变的市场环境,使得这种关系管理变得更加复杂,甚至呈现出盲目性。外界环境的复杂性也增加了企业的管理成本及风险。技术变革的加快以及市场竞争的加剧使得合作伙伴关系成为诸多企业谋求持续发展的重要策略。当前,我国企业所面对的竞争已经从单纯的价格竞争转向产业链的竞争,转向产业链价值创新之间的竞争,建立稳定高效的纵向合作研发关系对企业乃至整个行业的长远发展都具有重要意义。然而,已有的文献大都集中于横向合作研发的研究,纵向合作研发在理论界并未引起太多关注,针对某一特定行业的系统研究则更少。本文以我国茧丝绸产业为研究对象,结合茧丝绸产业的发展背景和行业特征对纵向合作关系建立进行研究,试图找出茧丝绸产业纵向合作研发的动因和影响因素,总结其策略选择的标准,为企业的市场竞争实践提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
With increasing competition,the relationship between purchaser and suppliers management is becoming more and more important. Changeable market environment makes the relationship management more complex, even showing blindness. The complexity of the external environment has also increased the cost and risk of management.Due to the continuous demand change from the market and new technology comes up so quickly, the vertical R&D cooperation has become the developing strategy for many enterprises. It s very important for the enterprises and even the whole industry to build the stable and efficient the vertical R&D cooperative relationship. In real life,the vertical R&D cooperation is one of the most forms of R&D. But in the field of research, it hasn’t caused too much attention. Combing with the character is ties of the Cocoon Silk Industry, this paper analyzes the vertical R&D cooperation behavior of the enterprises to find the motivation and influence factors for the enterprises, summarize the standard of strategy selection, and hope it will be valued for the development of the Cocoon Silk Industry.
