摘要

在经济全球化的今天，建立以客户为中心的经营战略，可以加强企业和客户间的联系。对企业来讲，为客户提供一流的服务，是企业建立品牌、实现差别化服务、取得竞争的利器。

一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理会员的基本档案，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点：效率低、保密性差，另外时间一长，将产生大量的文件和数据，对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。而通过会员管理系统，企业就可以很轻松很方便的记录所有会员客户的资料，了解用户的兴趣爱好、消费特点、意向需求等；进而针对客户的需求，为其提供优质的个性化服务，还能为企业的产品开发、事业发展提供可靠的市场调研数据，是企业经营不可或缺的一个有利工具。

针对以上问题，设计开发了商场VIP消费查询系统，本系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用SqlServer作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的商场VIP消费查询管理系统。

ABSTRACT

In the economic globalization today, and establish a customer-focused business strategy, to strengthen the links between enterprises and customers. Will tell to the enterprise, to provide first-class customer service, is the enterprises to establish brand, to achieve service differentiation, competitive weapon.

The people have since always used the traditional artificial way to manage membership basic file, this management way has many disadvantages: low efficiency, confidentiality of the poor, another time a long, will produce the massive documents and the data, for the search, the renewal and the maintenance has brought many difficulties. Through the membership management system, enterprises can easily easily record all members of customer information, to the user’s interest, consumer characteristics, demand; then according to the customer needs, provide personalized service quality, but also for the enterprise product development, development to provide reliable data of market research, enterprise management is an indispensable tool.

In view of the above problems, design and development of the shopping malls VIP consumption query system, this system mainly uses the JSP as a development language, the use of SqlServer as a database management system, the development environment is MyEclipse, server using tomcat, developed a Web technology based on B / S structure windows design management system.
