华联超市仓储管理分析及优势
摘 要
我国是一个中小企业众多的国家,中小企业是解决我国就业的主力军,也是我国经济发展的主要力量。连锁超市作为一种新兴的商业零售业态,经过改革开放几十年的发展,已成为我国商业中的主力军。但是我们的连锁超市企业整体规模还比较小,管理水平和国外连锁超市差距大特别是在超市物流方面,企业的管理层认识不高,对物流系统关注比较少,对物流成本敏感度差,在解决物流问题时候没有考虑从供应链角度出发,而是把主要精力放在提高销售量。因此如何帮助连锁超市企业通过优化物流系统来提高自己竞争力有充分的必要性。仓储是物流链中的重要一环,加强仓储物流管理,提升仓储物流企业服务,才能增强市场竞争力,从而实现整条物流链的优化。文中以华联超市配送实业有限公司为例,对该问题进行了探讨。
本文以华联超市为例,通过揭示超市在仓储管理方面存在的问题和缺陷所进行的改进工程,重点讲述现代化仓储及仓储管理在物流系统中所占据的重要地位。对超市提出具体的改进措施和建议以优化华联超市的整个仓储管理。首先是简单介绍了课题研究的意义和描述了现状。其次描述了仓储管理的基本理论,对仓储管理的概念有初步的了解。中间是描述了华联超市仓储管理的现状分析,着重分析了现在超市在管理中的问题和局限。最后是针对华联超市出现的问题所提出的建议和措施。

Abstract
China is a country of many small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises is to settle our country obtain employment main army, is also our country economy development the main strength. Supermarket chain as a new commercial retail, after the reform and opening up dozens of years of development, has become China’s business in the main army. But our supermarket chain enterprises in the overall size is relatively small, level of management and foreign chain supermarket gap especially in supermarket logistics, enterprise management awareness is not high, relatively little attention to logistics system, the logistics cost sensitivity difference in solving problems of logistics, without considering the supply chain from the point of view, but the focus on increasing sales. Therefore, how to help the supermarket chain enterprises through the optimization of logistics systems to improve their competitiveness has sufficient necessity. Warehousing logistics chain important one annulus, strengthen the warehousing logistics management, warehousing and logistics to enhance business services, in order to enhance market competitiveness, so as to achieve the entire logistics chain optimization. In this paper the Hualian Supermarket distribution industry limited company for example, the question was discussed.
This article to the Hualian Supermarket as an example, through revealing the supermarket warehouse management problems and defects to improve engineering, focus on the modernization of warehousing and storage management in logistics system to occupy the important position. The supermarket put forward the concrete improvement measures and suggestions to optimize the whole Hualian Supermarket warehouse management. The first is simple introduced the topic research significance and described the status quo. Followed by the description of the basic theory of warehouse management, warehousing management concept to have a preliminary understanding. The intermediate is described the Hualian Supermarket warehouse management present situation analysis, focuses on the analysis of the present management of supermarket in the problems and limitations. Finally according to the Hualian Supermarket problems suggestions and measures.
