康宝莱营养俱乐部的经营管理
[摘 要]:随着我国经济的快速发展,企业的竞争日益激烈,企业要进行宣传,吸引客户,俱乐部便应运而生。俱乐部是市场经济的必然产物,由于俱乐部在中国发展时间不长,在经营管理中却存在诸多问题。随着现代人们保健意识增强,康宝莱俱乐部快速发展起来,然而其经营管理水平急需提高。本文首先介绍了俱乐部经营的特点,然后对康宝莱营养俱乐部的经营模式进行分析,最后针对存在的问题,提出相应的发展建议,希望康宝莱营养俱乐部注重本土化经营,完善产品研发策略,注重培养市场;不断提升俱乐部的影响力,促进俱乐部的健康发展,不断提升国民的健康水平。

Management of the Herbalife Nutrition Club
Abstract:With China’s rapid economic development, the increasingly competitive, corporate publicity, attract customers, the club have come into being. The club is the inevitable product of the market economy, but there are many problems in the operation and management of the club is not a long time for development in China. As modern people, health awareness, Herbalife club rapid development, however, the management levels urgent need to improve. This paper first introduces the characteristics of the club operation of then Herbalife nutrition club’s business model, carry out analysis of the final for the problems, propose appropriate development proposal, Herbalife nutrition club focus on localized management, improve the product development strategy, emphasis on culture market; rising influence of the club to promote the healthy development of the club, and improve citizens’ health level.
