论商务管理中的文化背景因素
[摘要]商务管理是组织管理与社会文化实践相融合的产物,在管理实践中发挥了巨大的作用。但随着商务管理的迅速发展,给经济、社会以及人们的行为观念和方式带来了一场深刻的变革商务管理的兴起是一场由技术手段飞速发展而引发的商业运作模式的变革,传统经济活动的生存基础、管理机制和运作方式均发生了彻底改变,企业文化也面临着巨大的冲击。
企业是国民经济的基本单位。商务管理文化是企业发展的最持久的文化因素。这是因为管理文化是社会文化的一部分,是社会文化的直接的、典型的体现。在市场经济条件下,我国企业要想成功地持续发展,并能做大做强,在全球市场的角逐中取胜,还有赖于能给企业无限生机的管理文化。如何依据我们的现实环境形成有中国特色的商务管理文化,需要从理论上加以探讨。这无疑对于提升企业的管理水平,发展国民经济,乃至对整个社会文化的发展都有着重要的意义。本文针对商务管理时代下对企业文化的背景和作用进行了讨论。

Abstract
Business management organization management and social cultural practice fusion products, in management practice has played a great role. But with the rapid development of business management, to the economic, social as well as people’s behavior and brought a deep change of business management is the emergence of a by the rapid development of technology and caused commercial operation mode and the change of traditional economic activity, the foundation, management mechanism and operation mode changed thoroughly, corporate culture is facing the huge impact.
Enterprise is the basic unit of national economy. Business management culture of enterprise development is the most enduring cultural factors. This is because the management culture is a part of social culture, social culture and direct, typical embodiment. Under the condition of market economy, China’s enterprises to successfully develop continuously, and can become bigger and stronger, in the global market competition get victory, but also depends on can give infinite enterprise opportunities management culture. According to the reality of our environment with Chinese characteristic business culture, need from theoretic try to discuss. This is to enhance the management level of enterprises, the development of the national economy, and even the whole social culture development has important significance.
