民营上市公司可持续发展研究
摘要:随着资源枯竭和人口增加以及环境恶化，人类越来越关注社会和生态可持续发展，然而，民营上市企业作为社会的细胞，作为社会经济活动主要的团体，其可持续发展和经济、生态与社会系统可持续发展有着密切相关性，生态持续的基础和经济持续的条件与企业持续的动力以及社会持续的目的，民营上市公司作为基本生产的单位，其生存和发展是推动了我国的大部分经济的持续和快速的发展起着至关重要的因素，尤其是作为国民经济新增长点，作为开拓创新和稳定社会与繁荣市场及增加税源和安排就业等形成了重要支的撑力量，作为社会主义建设生力军的民营上市公司，其可持续发展的问题，具有广泛长远的意义和深刻现实的意义。
