企业备品配件的采购与库存管理研究
摘要
企业备品配件的采购与管理是企业管理中的重要一部分，对于企业机器正常运行，保障企业工作效率有着重要的作用。目前不少企业在备品配件采购中由于部分备品配件复杂，采购周期长，流程过于复杂，突发性事故多备件准备不足等问题，于此同时在备品配件的采购与库存管理上处理不当，导致成本上升。为此，根据自己多年的工作经验，提出自己的一些看法和建议，以促进企业在备品配件的采购和库存管理上更加完善，提高企业的经济效益。

Abstract
