曲靖烟厂企业文化浅析
摘要：在科学盛世、百舸争流的当代，企业文化建设是企业实现可持续发展战略目标的重要环节。随着信息化和全球化的发展，越来越多的企业认识到，企业文化是本企业无形潜在的生产力、无形的资产和财富，对企业的发展有着至关重要的作用。本文以此为出发点，结合企业文化的物质、制度、精神三个层次以及企业文化涵盖的：凝聚、导向、激励、约束、辐射五项功能，分析曲靖烟厂独特的企业文化，并总结出那些企业文化对曲靖烟厂发展的促进，以及对同行业的企业文化建设的启示。

Analysis of Qujing cigarette factory corporate culture
Abstract: In the Golden Age， vying contemporary， the building of enterprise culture is an important part of sustainable development strategic objectives. With the development of information technology and globalization， more and more companies recognize that corporate culture is the invisible potential productivity of the enterprise， intangible assets and wealth， has a vital role in the development of enterprises. This article as a starting point， combined with the corporate culture of the material， system， the spirit of the three levels as well as corporate culture covers: cohesion， orientation， motivation， constraints， radiation five analysis Qujing Tobacco Factory’s unique corporate culture， and summed up corporate culture to promote the development of Qujing cigarette factory， and the building of enterprise culture in the same industry.
