我国中小物流企业竞争力研究
中小物流企业是我国物流产业的主体,其是否可以发展壮大,是我国物流企业快速成长的关键。抓住企业的竞争重点,找出其存在的问题,尽快培育、强化企业核心竞争力,才能使企业获得长久的竞争优势,也是中小物流企业当前最为关键的任务。
物流业作为我国新兴的行业,在经济全球化特别是金融危机的爆发后,经营环境变得日趋复杂和不确定, 竞争变得日益的激烈。而中小物流企业面对国外物流企业和国内大型物流企业的竞争,企业的生存发展已经进入很大的困境,经过金融危机的洗礼和行业洗牌,中小物流企业应考虑企业变革增强竞争优势,重新取得市场竞争力。本文对照世界发达国家或地区企业物流的运作模式和中国企业物流的现状,提出了中国企业物流的发展战略。

Research on the competitiveness of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China
Abstract
The middle and small logistics enterprise is the main body of China’s logistics industry, whether it can grow and develop, is China’s logistics enterprises rapid growth key. Enterprises to seize the key competition, find out the problem that its exist, breed as soon as possible, strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises, in order to enable enterprises to obtain long-term competitive advantage, but also small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the current critical task.
The logistics industry as our country’s burgeoning industry in the economic globalization, especially with the outbreak of the financial crisis, business environment has become increasingly complex and uncertain, competition becomes increasingly fierce. But the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the face of foreign logistics enterprises and large domestic logistics enterprises in the competition,the survival and development of enterprises has entered a lot of trouble, after the financial crisis and the industry reshuffle, the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises should consider the enterprise reform and enhance competitive advantage, to gain market competitiveness. This world developed country or region controlled enterprise logistics operation pattern and the Chinese enterprise logistics present situation, proposed the Chinese enterprise logistics development strategy.
