摘 要
保险业的发展是我国市场经济发展的必然要求,但是随着市场经济的发展,保险业在人力资源管理方出现了很多纰漏。由于中国平安保险公司是中国首家股份制公司,中国平安保险公司的人力资源是需要和公司的战略、经营紧密挂钩,如何在员工的培训方面以及人才的开发方面进行创新就成为公司经营的首要条件。本文通过平安保险公司在人员培训和开发中所面临的一些问题的研究,探析平安保险公司员工培训以及开发人才的措施,对平安保险公司的员工培训以及人才开发提出相应的对策。
