中国企业跨国经营的政治风险及对策
摘要 随着我国经济开放程度的加深，企业跨国经营越来越普遍，尤其是在金融危机以来，企业跨国经营的风险变得多种多样且复杂起来，这种政治风险包括法律法规的限制、政府不正当干预、文化差异等。本文就我国企业跨国经营的现状和表现出的跨国经营的特点，就跨国经营热点区域亚洲和欧美进行政治风险的分析，并就政治风险成因加以解释，主要有企业自身的原因，我国政府原因以及与东道国的政治文化差异等，针对这些成因，本文分别从企业、本国政府两者出发，提出了应对政治风险的对策建议。

Research on China transnational enterprises’ political risk
Abstract Following with the internationalization, the enterprises’ transnational management is becoming more and more popular. However, after the financial crisis, the enterprises’ transnational management is becoming more complex and the risk is higher. Political risk as an important risk is more attractive. This paper first analyzed the Chinese enterprises’ transnational management’ characters and find out the hot investment area. Then, the paper take USA and Europe, Asia as the two separate part to analyze the enterprises’ political risk. After analyzed the cause of the risk, the paper gave the solutions how to solve the risks from the perspective of the enterprises and the Chinese government.
