餐饮业作为服务业经营中最典型的业态之一,其发展速度更加快速。经营究其本质,实际上是企业与企业之间,不同的所有者之间基于共同经营所需要的产品、服务、技术等,开展合作、实现赢利而进行的一种分工协作的现代商业行为。是社会高度分工协作发展到一定阶段的产物。本文将研究我国中式餐饮品牌的发展;中式餐饮品牌发展的利弊;中式餐饮品牌发展的环境分析;中式餐饮品牌发展的现状和存在的问题;中式餐饮品牌发展的战略选择。品牌营销方式是 21 世纪最为重要的一种经营模式,而我国的中式餐饮品牌已经处于高速发展期,如何在这样的背景下充分利用机遇,是每个中式餐饮企业所面临的重大课题。对餐饮业品牌塑造战略进行深入的研究将对我国中式餐饮企业的良性发展起到非常重要的作用。
