摘要
本文以“奇”火锅公司为研究对象,通过分析企业在当今社会的发展态势以及企业在经营战略的现状并指出其经营管理中存在的现实问题,针对问题为“奇”火锅企业的进一步良性发展提供合理建议。本文首先通过国内外企业经营战略管理的理论综述,针对“奇”火锅公司经营战略实施现状分析,提出“奇”火锅成功的经验及存在的问题。其次对“奇”火锅公司内外部环境进行分析,判断企业是否具备核心竞争能力。再次对“奇”火锅公司提出培育和提升核心竞争力的策略。以期对“奇”火锅公司更好的经营发展提供思考和借鉴
