摘要

近年来，我国航空运输持续快速发展，机场作为民航主要基础设施得到不断建设，在为航空运输提供安全、正常、高效的运营保障的同时，为促进国家经济社会特别是带动地区经济发展和对外开放发挥了重要作用。为人们的出行带来更加方便快捷同时带来更大的安全压力，跑道是机场最为重要的基础设施之一,它的质量决定着机场日后的运行安全和运行成本，跑道的日常维护是机场正常运行的保证。我国的现有的机场场道维护管理模式已经渐渐不能适应机场的需要，对场道的维护不能到位，对飞行安全造成很大的影响，对机场场道管理模式更新已经刻不容缓。通过分析中国现行的各种机场场道管理模式，找到其中存在的问题，加以分析，汲取国外的先进经验，自己加强创新不断提高机场的管理水平，是机场场道维护管理模式更加先进，更能适应市场化、社会化发展的趋势需要。机场与时俱进，不断创新，才能适应中国民航更高的安全要求。

Abstract

In recent years, China’s sustained and rapid development of air transport. Civil aviation airport as main infrastructure has been continuously in construction, for the provision of air transport security, normal, efficient operation of security at the same time, to promote national economic society especially to drive region economy and opening to the outside world plays an important role in. As people travel more convenient at the same time, to bring greater security pressure, airport runway is the most important one of the infrastructure, its quality decides the future of the airport operation safety and the cost of operation, the airport runway maintenance is the guarantee of normal running. China’s existing airport road maintenance management mode can t adapt to the need of the airport, runway maintenance cannot reach the designated position, has a great effect on the flight safety, the airport management model updating has been crunch time. Through the analysis of Chinese current various airport management mode, find the existing problems, analyze, learn foreign advanced experience, strengthen innovation and continuously improve their level of management of the airport, is the airport maintenance management mode is more advanced, more able to adapt to the market changes, social development trend. The airport with the times, constant innovation, to adapt to the General Administration of civil aviation of China higher safety requirements.
