摘    要

 

广告在我们的生活扮演着越来越重要的角色,可以说生活中不能没有广告的存在。随着我国改革开放进一步深化发展,在融入全球化的过程中,我国广告业迅猛发展,诸多高校为了顺应时代的发展,培养广告专业人才,纷纷开设广告学专业。在广告学专业开设初期,的确为我国广告事业的发展提供了人才支持,但是随着广告行业的发展,对广告人才的数量需求以及能力需求发生了变化。但广告行业对广告人才的需求发生了何种变化,广告学毕业生在求职过程中遇到何种问题,现有的研究没有进行过深入的探讨。本研究正是基于对广告学毕业生求职问题研究的不足,通过设计调查问卷来了解广告学毕业生在求职过程中的问题。通过研究广告业毕业是在求职过程中遇到的问题,反思我国高等广告专业中存在的问题,为进一步改进我国高等广告学教育,提升高等广告教育质量提供借鉴。

本研究分为五大部分,第一部分是前言,对研究现状以及研究方法进行了简单的阐述,第二部分阐述了广告学毕业生的求职现状以及本研究的意义,第三部分通过设计的调查问卷,选择吉林省长春市四所高校的广告学毕业生作为调查对象,从毕业后工作的选择,大学期间广告文案的数量以及实习数量,毕业后薪金期望值等方面的调查,经过总结分析,得出广告学毕业生在求职过程中的问题,进而针对存在的问题,通过社会、学校以及个三个纬度分析问题产生的原因,进而有针对性的提出解决对策。

Abstract

 

Advertising in our life plays a more and more important role, can say life can’t have no the existence of advertising. With China’s reform and opening to further development, in into the course of globalization, China advertising industry rapid development, many universities in order to conform to the development of The Times, the training advertising professionals, open advertising professional in succession. In advertising professional open early and, indeed, for the development of the cause of our AD provide personnel support, but with the development of the advertising industry, the number of personnel to advertising the demand and capacity demand changes. But advertising industry to advertising talented person’s demand change what happened, advertising graduates in the job search process meet what problems existing research there are further studied. This study is based on advertising graduates employment limitations of the study, through the questionnaire to learn about advertising graduates in problems during the process of application. Through the research advertising graduation is in finding the problems of the reflection of our country’s higher advertising the problems existing in the professional, for further improved China’s higher advertising education, improve the quality of higher education to provide reference for the advertising.

This research is divided into five most, the first part is the introduction, research status and research method of a simple paper, the second part describes the current situation and the application of advertising graduates the significance of this research, the third part through the design of the questionnaire, the choice of changchun city, jilin province four university graduates of advertising as subjects, from work after graduation, the selection of the number of AD copy during the university and practice quantity, after graduation salary expectations, and other aspects of the investigation, through summary and analysis in the process of graduates in the advertising job problems, and aimed at the problems, through the society, school and a three latitude analysis the reasons, and then targeted proposes the solution countermeasure.
