摘 要
农村金融是我国金融体系的重要组成部分，是农村经济投入资金的重要来源，是促进农村经济发展与增长的血液。通过金融解决“三农”问题，促进农业发展，发展农村经济，增加农民收入，是国家强农惠农和金融改革的重点工作。河南省作为我国的农业大省，同时也是我国最早推行农村金融改革的省份之一。河南省农村经济改革取得较大成效，农民收入得到大幅度提高。本文从循环型农村经济的概述入手，分析了循环型经济的定义，以及阐述了农村经济发展理论，即：不完全竞争市场理论和农村经济市场理论。其次，针对河南省农村居民收入的情况进行了详细的分析，全面分析了河南省农村居民经济能力的基本情况和河南省农村居民收入情况分析，如：农村居民纯收入变化分析、农村居民纯收入构成分析和城乡居民人均纯收入对比分析。然后，对河南省农村经济的发展现状进行了问题的指出，提出了涉农贷款稳定增长，但贷款占比仍然偏低；民间经济填补“空缺”，但农村经济风险加大；经济抑制三大发展问题。最后根据提出的问题，给出了加强河南省循环型农村经济发展的建议。

Abstract
Rural finance is an important part of our financial system, the rural economy is an important source of funding and promoting rural economic development and growth of blood. Through financial solutions “Three Rural Issues” to promote agricultural development, the development of rural economy and increasing farmers’ income, is the focus of national benefiting the agriculture and financial reform. As China’s Henan Province, a major agricultural province, but also the first in China to carry out the rural financial reform one of the provinces. Rural economic reform has made great achievements in Henan Province, farmers’ income has been greatly improved. This paper outlines a recycling-oriented rural economy, analyzes the definition of recycling economy, and describes the development of the theory of the rural economy, namely: the theory of imperfect competition market theory and the rural economy. Secondly, for the case of income of rural residents in Henan province carried out a detailed analysis, a comprehensive analysis of the basic situation of the rural economy and the ability of residents in the case of income of rural residents in Henan Province, such as: Changes in net income of rural residents, the net income of rural residents Components of urban and rural residents per capita net income of comparative analysis. Then, rural economic development in Henan Province were pointed out problems, agriculture-related loans made steady growth, but the share of loans is still low; folk economy to fill “vacancies”, but the rural economy and increased risk; economic suppression of the three development issues. Finally, according to the issues raised, given the strengthening of rural economic development in Henan recycling advice.
