进一步扩大义乌工艺品出口的对策研究
在义乌已经形成以大型生产企业为龙头，外贸流通企业为重要力量的贸工联动的局面。义乌千千万万个企业家不断寻求产品创新、市场创新、生产工艺创新、原材料创新及组织管理创新，形成的“东方不亮，西方亮”的发展态势为义乌经济增长、出口稳定发挥了重要作用。思路：本文共分为五大块，一是义乌工艺品的发展和出口现状，二是义乌出口贸易现状分析，三是义乌出口贸易现状原因分析，四是义乌工艺品出口存在的不足，五是针对义乌工艺品的出口的对策，最后作文章总结。方法：本文结合前人研究结果分析义乌工艺品的发展和出口现状，进一步解析对义乌工艺品出口贸易影响因素，通过建立计量经济模型，最终得出针对义乌工艺品的出口的对策。本文对义乌企业工艺品工业设计力量薄弱、分散，行业秩序混乱和保护知识产权方面做了相对于已有文献进一步的解析。结论：通过对义乌工艺品出口现状和原因的分析，总结出完善对工艺品的出口知识产权的相关法律条文，义乌工艺品企业对人民币升值的对策，改革原有出口配额制度和建立有效的行业规范，采取相关措施，鼓励企业通过工业设计提高产品竞争力等建议。

Abstract
In yiwu has been formed to large-scale production enterprise as the leader, foreign trade enterprise for important power of the circulation of joint state situation. Yiwu thousands of entrepreneurs seeking for product innovation, market innovation, production technology innovation, raw material innovation management and organization innovation, form the “eastern not bright, western bright” development trend of the economic growth and export to yiwu stability has played an important role. Thought: this article is divided into five parts, one is yiwu handicraft and the development of export situation, the scend it is to yiwu export trade status quo, yiwu trade status is three export cause analysis, four is yiwu handicraft export deficiency, five in the export of yiwu is the countermeasures of arts and crafts, and finally make the article sums up. Methods: this paper combining previous research result analysis of yiwu handicraft development and export situation, further analysis of yiwu handicraft export trade influence factors, by establishing econometric model, eventually got the export of arts and crafts in yiwu countermeasures. In this paper, the yiwu enterprise handicraft industry design strength weak, dispersed, industry disorder and protection of intellectual property rights do relative to existing literature further analytical. Conclusion: based on the present situation and reason of yiwu export handicraft, analysis of the export of the perfect handicraft of intellectual property rights related laws, yiwu yuan appreciation of arts and crafts of enterprise countermeasures, reform the original export quota system and establish effective industry standard, take relevant measures to encourage enterprise through the industrial design enhance the competitiveness of their products and so on.
