欧洲主权债务危机的原因及对我国的启示

摘要：2009年12月全球三大评级公司下调希腊主权评级，使其陷入财政危机，欧元兑美元大幅下跌。欧元区希腊、意大利、爱尔兰、西班牙、葡萄牙等国相继爆发债务危机，引发国际金融市场持续动荡，又由于欧元区各国基础较为脆弱，解决危机的措施和行动效果不佳，导致欧洲主权债务问题不断升温。本文从欧元区各国社会经济发展模式的差异以及欧元区统一货币政策与分散财政政策的矛盾等角度及世界及欧元区经济发展失衡问题和欧洲五国自身的特殊条件等出发分析了危机产生的原因，揭示债务危机蔓延及欧央行救援行动难以奏效的原因，总结梳理欧债危机对我国的启示，提出我国应对主权债务危机问题的相关对策。

Abstract: in December 2009 three global rating company cut Greek sovereign rating, which made it into a financial crisis, the euro dollars down significantly. The eurozone Greece, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and other countries have debt crisis erupted, causing the international financial market turmoil, and because the eurozone countries foundation is vulnerable, a solution to the crisis measures and actions the effect not beautiful, lead to the European sovereign debt problems continue to heat up. This article from the euro zone countries social economic development model in the eurozone and the difference of unified monetary policy and fiscal policy scattered the contradiction Angle and the world and the eurozone economy development the imbalances and Europe the specific conditions of the five countries themselves, etc, this paper analyzes the causes of the crisis, and reveals debt crisis spread and the central bank rescue operation not work, the reasons of the European debt crisis comb summarized their inspiration to China, in order to deal with the sovereign debt crisis put forward the problems related countermeasures.
