浅析双汇集团的食品安全体系
内容摘要:随着我国经济高速发展,食品安全问题越来越引起人们广泛关注,2011年3月15 日,据中央电视台曝光,河南省孟州市等地养猪场采用违禁动物药品“瘦肉精”饲养生猪,有毒猪肉流入济源双汇食品有限公司。深入调查分析发现,针对“瘦肉精”的监管链条看似完备,号称有“十八道检验”关,但实际上隐患重重。本文通过对双汇集团肉制品食品安全管理体系作为研究对象,在对相关基本概念和理论综述的基础上,对典型的食品安全管理体系模式进行了比较研究,根据双汇集团的实际状况,依据HACCP管理体系和IS022000标准对其食品安全管理体系的构建和运行进行了探讨,针对双汇集团如何加强对食品安全的监管以及双汇品牌修复,提出了提高食品安全管理体系有效性的对策以及促进企业食品安全监管的有效政策建议。
