浅析碳关税对中国贸易的影响及应对策略
内容摘要
我国作为发展中国家，目前正处于工业发展的中期阶段,主要依靠工业带动经济发展,工业制成品仍然是国家出口贸易的主体,而受到资金与技术的限制,发展中国家的节能减排能力有限,碳关税必然给其带来难以负担的压力。以美国为首的发达国家主张对发展中国家征收碳关税，对我国的经济发展带来了很大的冲击，本文从碳关税的起源和发展入手，通过对碳关税的含义和特征进行研究，结合征收碳关税对我国外贸造成的两重影响，给出了相应的应对策略。

Abstract:
Our country serves as a developing country, is now in the middle stage of industrial development, mainly relying on industry to promote economic development, industrial manufactured goods is still the national export trade main body, by the capital and technology restrict, developing energy saving and emission reduction of limited capacity, carbon tariff is bound to bring its unbearable pressure. In the United States led by developed countries advocate for developing carbon tariffs, on China’s economic development has brought the very big impact, this article from the carbon tariffs of the origin and development of start, through to the carbon tariff meaning and characteristics of research, combined with carbon tariffs on China’s foreign trade caused by the double impact, given the corresponding response strategy.
