人民币是否该升值和以怎么样的速度升值一直都是我国以及全世界关注的问题。我国人民币的汇率经历了一个错综复杂的发展过程，从1949年新中国成立到现在，人民币的汇率政策都在变化，但是近来人民币对西方主要货币的名义汇率大体上保持升值状态，并形成了“人民币汇率实际升值—引发升值预期—进一步推动人民币汇率升值—升值预期强化”的人民币升值预期自我实现的循环。人民币的升值给我国的经济带来了很多优点，但是其带来的消极影响也是无法避免的。如果不尽快消除人民币升值给我国带来的不良影响，那么我国的经济的持续快速稳定的经济增长速度就会受到影响。笔者在本文探讨了如何千方百计地采取措施来解决这种情况，消除人民币升值给我们带来的压力，为我国的现代化建设和经济建设创造一个稳定的发展环境。本文结构如下：第一部分主要列举了我国人民币汇率制度的变化情况，指出我国从1949年至今的人民币汇率的演变过程；第二部分从国际和国内两方面因素来阐述了我国人民币升值的压力现状；第三部分详细地阐述了我国人民币升值的众多原因；第四部分分析了人民币升值给我国带来的优缺点；第五部分给出了各种应对人民币升值的措施，详细地分析了我国为了消除人民币升值给我国经济带来的负面影响；最后是本文的结论。

Abstract

Whether RMB appreciation and how the speed of appreciation has been China’s and the whole world of concern. China’s RMB exchange rate experienced a perplexing the development process, from the founding of new China in 1949 to the present, the RMB exchange rate policy are changing, but recently the renminbi against major Western currencies nominal exchange rate substantially to maintain state of appreciation, and formed” the RMB exchange rate appreciation appreciation – – the actual trigger further promote the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate – revaluation anticipated enhancement” RMB appreciation expectation self-fulfilling cycle. The appreciation of the RMB to China’s economy has brought many advantages, but it brings the negative influence is also unable to avoid. If not as soon as possible to eliminate the revaluation of the RMB to China brought bad influence, so our country economy fast and steady economic growth rate will be affected. The author of this paper discusses how to make every attempt to take measures to resolve this situation, eliminates the Renminbi revaluation brings us pressure, for the modernization of our country and economic construction to create a stable development environment. This paper is structured as follows: the first part is a list of China’s RMB exchange rate system changes, point out our country from 1949 to the present RMB exchange rate evolution process; the second part from the international and domestic two aspects elaborated our country RMB appreciation pressure status; the third part elaborated our country RMB appreciation of the many reasons; fourth part of the appreciation of the RMB to China’s advantages and disadvantages; the fifth part gives a series of measures to deal with it, a detailed analysis of our country in order to eliminate the revaluation of the RMB to China’s economy brought negative effect; the last is the conclusion of this article.
