摘要
随着中国经济开放水平的不断提高，近几年来其对外投资加速发展，越来越多的中国企业渴望进入国际市场，加入到海外投资行列中。但另一方面，中国企业海外投资仍处于起步阶段，企业面临着多种问题的选择。特别是2008年的世界金融危机更显示了风云突变国际经济环境。因此，选以什么方式进入国际市场，成为中国企业慎之又慎的决策考量，也是企业海外投资成败的关键。正因为如此，企业海外投资的模式选择一直都是国内外学者研究的重点和热点之一。本文的研究目的及意义在于深入了解中国企业在“走出去”战略背景下的对外投资现状及发展趋势，了解影响和决定企业海外投资模式选择的因素，为我国企业海外投资提供相关的参考及建议。

Abstract
ConstantlyimprovethelevelofChina’seconomicopeningofitsforeigninvestmentinrecentyearstospeedupthedevelopmentofmoreandmoreChineseenterprisesareeagertoentertheinternationalmarket,addingtotheranksofoverseasinvestment.Butontheotherhand,theoverseasinvestmentofChineseenterprisesisstillinitsinfancy,enterprisesarefacedwiththechoiceofavarietyofissues.Inparticular,the2008worldfinancialcrisisshowsthedrasticchangesintheinternationaleconomicenvironment.Therefore,theelectioninwhatwaytoentertheinternationalmarket,Chineseenterprisescautiousdecision-makingconsiderations,thekeytosuccessofoverseasinvestment.Becauseofthis,themodeselectionoftheenterprisesofoverseasinvestmenthasalwaysbeenscholarsresearchprioritiesandoneofthehot.Thepurposeofthisstudyandsignificanceofin-depthunderstandingoftheforeigninvestmentsituationanddevelopmenttrendofChinesecompaniesinthecontextof”goingout”strategy,understandtheimpactanddecidedtooverseasinvestmentmodeselectionfactors,China’soverseasinvestmenttoproviderelevantreferencesandsuggestions.
