我国虚拟经济发展研究
内容摘要：随着经济货币化程度不断加深和金融日益深化，以资本证券化和以金融衍生工具为标志的金融创新不断进步，进一步推动了虚拟经济的发展，目前其总体规模已经超过了实体经济。但虚拟经济的膨胀在给世界经济带来活力的同时，又给金融业的发展带来了极大的不确定性。因此，深入研究金融创新与虚拟经济的关系，特别是结合我国实际情况，探索中国发展虚拟经济的可行道路具有重要的理论与现实意义。

Abstract：As economic monetization degree deepening and financial deepening，withcapital securitization and financial innovation of the financial derivatives marked progress，to further promote the development of the virtual economy， its overall size is more than the real economy.But the expansion of the virtual economy while bring vitality to the world economy，and to the development of the financial industry has brought great uncertainty.Therefore，further study of the relationship between financial innovation and the virtual economy，especially in combination with the practical situation of our country，explore the development of Chinese virtual economy feasible path has important theoretical and practical significance.
