摘 要
纺织品产业作为我国优势出口产业，在很长一段时间里对我国的经济发展起到了至关重要的作用，各个纺织品出口的城市也都是以纺织品的生产、加工、出口等为重要的经济支柱。但是近年来由于世界经济危机和我国纺织品原材料价格的不断上升，导致我国纺织品出口贸易的问题越来越多，其中最为严重的是反倾销的问题。我国在2001年加入世界贸易组织之后，获取的持续时间长达15年的贸易保护期，但是在2016年保护期结束之后，我国依然未能获取到西方主要发达国家承认的市场经济国家地位。
文本首先详细地分析了我国长三角地区纺织品出口遭遇美国反倾销的概况，并且通过反倾销案例的归纳和分析，对案件进行了梳理和特征研究，其次，结合我国长三角地区反倾销案件中暴露出的问题，指出我国长三角地区纺织品出口遭遇美国反倾销的原因，最后，从国家、行业、企业三个角度，提出我国长三角地区纺织品出口应对美国反倾销策略。

Abstract
Textile industry as a dominant export industry in China, in a very long period of time on China’s economic development has played a crucial role in the textile export cities are also the textile production, processing, export and other important economic pillars. However, in recent years due to the world economic crisis and China’s textile raw material prices continue to rise, leading to China’s textile export trade problems more and more, the most serious of which is the issue of anti-dumping. China’s accession to the World Trade Organization in 2001, the duration of the trade protection period of up to 15 years, but after the end of the protection period in 2016, China still failed to obtain the western developed countries recognized the status of the market economy.
This paper focuses on the textile exports of China’s Yangtze River Delta region of the United States anti-dumping problems and countermeasures， in combing the Yangtze River Delta of China textile export performance and problems of the United States anti-dumping， a brief analysis of textiles in the Yangtze River Delta of China exports the United States anti-dumping as basis， discusses the textile exports of China’s Yangtze River Delta region of American anti dumping countermeasures， researchers in related fields to provide a reference.
