新加坡海外投资的经验及对浙江省的
启示
摘 要
海外投资是一国经济的重要组成部分，近几年来，新加坡的海外投资取得了较快发展，成为了新加坡经济发展的重要力量。本文以海外直接投资理论为理论基础，对新加坡海外投资的发展历程、特征、影响因素以及在海外投资中所采取的措施进行研究，结合浙江海外投资的发展现状，借鉴新加坡海外投资的先进经验，进一步给出促进浙江对外直接投资的对策。

THE NEW WAVE OF OVERSEAS INVESTMENT AND THE EXPERIENCE IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE ENLIGHTENMENT
ABSTRACT
Overseas investment is an important component of national economy, in last few years, Singapore overseas investment has achieved rapid development, has become the main force in the development of Singapore economy. Based on the theories of foreign direct investment as the theoretical foundation of Singapore, overseas investment in the development, characteristics, influence factors and overseas investment measures adopted in the study, combined with Zhejiang ‘s overseas investment to develop the current situation, draw lessons from Singapore investment overseas advanced experience, we further promotes the Zhejiang foreign direct investment strategy.
