摘要

加工贸易是我国实施改革开放政策以来，适应全球生产要素重组和产业转移的趋势，积极参与国际化分工发展起来的。经过多年的蓬勃发展，沿海地区加工贸易虽取得巨大成就，但也呈现出一系列的问题。在这些区域，加工贸易转型升级将是今后的发展方向，而加工贸易并不发达的中西部内陆地区正在逐渐成为沿海发达地区产业转移的重要选择地。跨国公司主导的全球产品内分工体系使得中国的加工贸易模式面临着诸多问题，通过以扩大内需为主的国内价值链的构建可以突破其困境。在这一进程中，中国东部沿海地区加工贸易产业能够完成产业升级和梯度转移，进而实现可持续发展与区域和谐发展。对于我国来说，加工贸易是一种参与全球经济的方式，能带动我国经济的增长，但必须转换沿海地区加工贸易的发展思路，结合我国的实际情况，重新确立我国在国际分工中的地位，提升沿海地区加工贸易的产业结构，有效发挥我国的比较优势，建立国家竞争优势。

Abstract

Processing trade is our country adopted the reform and opening up policy, to adapt to the global production elements restructuring and the trend of industry transfer, actively participate in international division of labor. After years of booming development, coastal areas of processing trade, though a great achievements, but also presents a series of problems. In these areas, transformation and upgrading of processing trade will be the future development direction, and the processing trade is not developed central and western inland region is gradually become an important selective industry transfer of coastal developed areas. Multinational companies dominated the global division of labor system products to make China’s model of processing trade is faced with many problems, through expanding domestic demand is given priority to the construction of the internal value chain of can break through the dilemma. In this process, China’s eastern coastal areas to complete industrial upgrading of processing trade industry and gradient transfer, and realize the sustainable development and harmonious development of region. For our country, the processing trade is a form of participation in the global economy, can drive the growth of the economy in our country, but it must be the development of processing trade transformation coastal areas, combined with the actual situation of our country, to establish the status of our country in the international division of labor, enhance coastal area industrial structure of processing trade, effective play a comparative advantage in China, the establishment of national competitive advantage.
