沿河土家族自治县商品房价格的研究
【内容摘要】2010年，国务院颁布了“国十一条”来抑制部分城市出现的房价上涨过快问题，力图通过加强和完善对政府部门对房地产市场的监督与管理，有效地抑制房价的快速上涨。房地产市场调控政策的措施实施自进入21世纪以来，我国政府在制定各项促进房地产行业快速发展的同时也加大了对我国房地产行业整体上的宏观调控和把握。中国的房价自2004年开始就呈现出持续走高的态势，范围波及全国，其上涨的速度之快，影响范围之广，是房价上涨的主要特点。因此，本文以沿河土家族自治县商品房价格为主要研究对象，分析了沿河土家族自治县地区商品房发展过程中的影响因素，最终，提出加强沿河土家族自治县商品房、房地产行业发展的建议。

A Study on the Price of Commercial Housing in Tujia Autonomous County along the River
【Abstract】In 2010, the State Council promulgated the “National 11” to curb the rise of housing prices in some cities too fast, trying to strengthen and improve the government departments on the real estate market supervision and management, effectively curb the rapid rise in house prices. Real estate market regulation and control policy measures Since entering the 21st century, the Chinese government in the development of the promotion of the rapid development of the real estate industry has also increased the overall real estate industry in China on the macro – control and grasp. China’s housing prices since 2004 began to show a sustained trend, the scope of the spread of the country, its rising speed, the impact of a wide range, is the main features of rising house prices. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of commercial housing development along the Tujia Autonomous County along the river, and puts forward the suggestions to strengthen the development of real estate and real estate in the Tujia Autonomous County along the river.
