浙江鞋业出口贸易探讨
【摘要】本文通过对金融危机前后的浙江鞋业出口状况进行分析,从出口总量、国际市场占有率、RCA指数等数据的变化发现,浙江省鞋业出口已经具备了比较优势,但是在从比较优势向竞争优势转化的过程中,存在较多问题,如屡遭贸易壁垒、粗放式经营、OEM代工但不注重学习、初级生产要素成本上升而高级要素不足、缺乏品牌支撑海外销售渠道受限制等问题。针对这些问题以及问题的成因,本文提出建议从以下方面进行改善:加大科技投入是关键; OEM企业应当注重对新技术、新经营方法的学习;培养竞争优势资源,实现从比较优势向竞争优势的转化;实行品牌化战略;发挥政府的作用。

Research on Zhejiang Shoes Export
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the shoes export of Zhejiang Province. After calculated export quality of shoes and total export, this paper used industry competitive theory and calculated the international market share of Zhejiang shoes export, and the Relative Comparative Advantage index and the data induced that Zhejiang’s shoes export has possessed the comparative advantage but it has difficulty to transfer from comparative advantage to competitive advantage. But there are some problems that limit the transformation for example, trade barriers, extensive operation, paying no attention to learning when the companies are OEM, brand strategy is not enough. According to the problems above, this paper gave the following solutions: invest more technology; when the company is under OEM, it should pay attention to learn the new technology and management skills; take brand strategy; the government should play a more important role
